We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, fixing meetings, and converting leads into confirmed sales. This role demands strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a target-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities = Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking. Understand client requirements and pitch Tribe Co-working’s offerings effectively. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients at the workspace. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM/Excel. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in sales, business development, or coworking/real estate industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
