About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales & clinical team, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders/distributors etc. in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve business objectives. Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate strategies. Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers, Sales Executives and Clinical team. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and guidance. Create a motivating and encouraging environment within the team. Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Foster relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, procurement managers, and distributors. CME planning and ROI measurement. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product training as per schedule. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional sales performance. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales progress, ROI and challenges. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical practices. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably with wound care background with at least 8 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, regulatory requirements, and market trends in India. Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Experience in selling medical devices, preferably in the wound care segment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Role & responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for government and private sector bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities from government portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, eProcurement sites, etc.) and private organizations. Analyze tender documents and requirements in coordination with the sales, legal, and technical teams. Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and commercial bids, and ensure timely submission. Maintain proper documentation and track the status of ongoing tenders. Liaise with vendors, government officials, and internal departments for clarifications, updates, and submissions. Coordinate the registration and renewal processes on government e-procurement portals. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of all tender submissions. Prepare post-tender documents such as agreements, contracts, and reports. Assist in pricing strategy, cost estimation, and financial bid preparation in collaboration with the management. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Life Sciences); MBA is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling tenders in the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, documentation, and government procurement systems (GeM, eProcurement, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
