Job Description Below Location: Gujarat Experience: 5-9 Years Notice Period: Immediate 5 to 9 Analyze the NFR for Performance testing and identify the scope. Prepare Perf. testing effort estimation for the applications in scope Prepare Performance plan/strategy for applications in scope. Create test script for Perf. Testing using tool e.g. Load runner, Jmeter, Neo load etc. Execute the test script and monitor the server performance and capture various performance metrics Analyze the performance metrics and identify issues. Log defects for the identified issues and coordinate with dev team for the fix. Retest the defect after fix. Participating in daily stand-up call & triage calls Update all stake holders (onsite/offshore) on current perf. testing status. Prepare the Performance Test Execution Summary report.

Identifies requirements that need clarification in order to develop an appropriate test. Obtains clarification from other project team roles. Develops and maintains specific test cases (i.e. test data, test processes, and test results) for component / assembly testing, integration testing, system testing, security and control testing, online help and user interface testing, and regression testing. Test cases need to be detailed such that they may be executed by other team members. Plans, tests, and reports the results of manual and automated functional testing; identifies and tracks defects and interacts with development staff to isolate and resolve; retests to confirm defects have been corrected. Validates functionality across system releases. Develops automated test scripts where appropriate. Promotes necessary level of communication among the project team to ensure QA efforts are visible and well understood. Maybe the communication person to business stakeholders on a small project.
