The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into sales or appointments. You should be persuasive, well-spoken, and able to understand customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries Generate leads and follow up on them regularly Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools Schedule appointments for the sales team Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets Provide information about new offers and services Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls Requirements: Minimum qualification: Any Graduate Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/sales preferred Excellent communication skills in [Language(s)] Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software) Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Good convincing and negotiation skills
