Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Dispatch Manager to oversee daily chauffeur allocation, route optimization, and timely execution of bookings. The role requires strong coordination skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions. Key Responsibilities: Manage chauffeur allocation based on booking schedules and shift timings. Monitor and coordinate trips to minimize dead kilometers and improve efficiency. Handle live ride tracking, address delays, and manage last-minute changes. Liaise between customers, chauffeurs, and the operations team to ensure smooth communication. Resolve operational challenges quickly, ensuring service quality standards are maintained. Maintain booking records and generate daily operational reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3 years’ experience in dispatch, fleet management, or transport operations. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Flexible to work on weekends or shifts if required. As our operations expand, we are looking for a dedicated professional to strengthen our dispatching and customer support team. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Manager / Customer Support Executive to oversee daily operations, chauffeur allocation, customer coordination, and smooth fleet movement. The role ensures timely pickups and drops, efficient routing, and exceptional service quality across all bookings. Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Operations: Allocate chauffeurs to bookings based on shift timings, route efficiency, and availability. Monitor live bookings and ensure timely execution using operational trackers/Google Sheets. Track driver movement and minimize delays and dead kilometers. Manage last-minute requests, replacements, cancellations, and customer changes. Coordinate with chauffeurs to ensure vehicle readiness and punctuality. Maintain driver shift rosters and ensure adherence to working hours. Customer Support: Handle customer queries, booking assistance, fare confirmation, and service updates. Address escalations related to delays, behavior issues, billing, refunds, and cancellations. Provide smooth communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Support customers during extended duties, route changes, or special requirements. Documentation & Reporting: Update booking logs, trip sheets, and driver allocation records. Track fuel, toll, parking, and reimbursement details. Prepare daily shift reports and incident logs. Follow Trev Mobility’s SOPs for handling payments, refunds, and exceptions. Quality & Compliance: Ensure chauffeurs follow Trev Mobility standards, dress code, and customer service guidelines. Maintain high operational safety and document incidents when required. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Experience: 1–4 years of experience in dispatching, fleet operations, logistics, or customer service. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Google Sheets, routing tools, and basic scheduling. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and solve problems quickly. Experience in car rental or cab operations is a strong plus. Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekend availability. Flexibility to support operational emergencies.
