Role Overview We are looking for a Video Editor who is passionate about creating engaging, trendy, and scroll-stopping edits for social media. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and scroll stopping edits, and knows how to turn ideas into compelling videos that strengthen brand presence. You will work closely with the brand and marketing team to translate concepts into impactful content that builds Happy Cultures imagery and connects with our audience. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Stay updated on trending formats, audios, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh and relevant. Work with the creative and brand teams to bring campaigns, product stories, and brand moments to life. Repurpose raw footage, product shoots, and user-generated content into engaging edits. Maintain brand tone, style, and consistency across all video content. Who Can Apply candidates with up to 2 years of video editing experience. Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar). Strong grasp of social-first editing styles, reels pacing, trendy cuts, memes, and audio syncs . A good sense of design, aesthetics, and storytelling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Bonus: Basic motion graphics/animation skills. Show more Show less
