Summary:We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, follow up on inbound inquiries, and close sales remotely. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:Generate Leads: Identify and prospect new business opportunities via phone.Qualify Leads: Assess the potential of leads and determine the best sales approach.Sales Calls & Follow-ups: Make outbound calls to engage with prospects, follow up on leads, and nurture existing relationships.Close Sales: Negotiate offers, handle objections, and close deals remotely.Maintain CRM: Track sales activities, update lead status, and ensure accurate records in the CRM system.Customer Engagement: Provide support to existing customers, answer queries, and ensure satisfaction.Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance metrics.Requirements:Previous experience in inside sales or telesales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
