As a Junior Visualizer at Kuadro Studio in Gurgaon, India, you will be a pivotal part of our 360 creative design agency that specializes in marketing and brand-building from scratch. You will collaborate with clients and our internal team to develop and refine visual concepts that align with creative strategies. Your role will involve creating high-quality visual assets across various media platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client project requirements. Client interaction will be a key aspect of your responsibilities as you pitch visual concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain a thorough understanding of client needs throughout project deliveries. Staying abreast of social media design trends and evolving with them will be crucial. You will manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective issue resolution. Collaboration with our creative team to maintain brand consistency across digital channels will be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with a Master's degree considered a plus. With at least 2 years of experience in a visual design role, you should have a strong portfolio that showcases your visual work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma is required. Mastery of design fundamentals, color theory, typography, and layout is essential. Strong communication skills, both in conveying concepts and making pitches, are necessary. As an experienced team leader, you should exhibit collaborative enthusiasm, excel at managing multiple projects and tight deadlines, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional design.
