Fabric Material Selection: Source and select high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories. Collaborate with textile mills and vendors to develop exclusive materials. 3. Technical Production Coordination: Prepare detailed technical sketches and tech packs for production. Collaborate with pattern makers and sampling teams to ensure correct fit and construction. Conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustments. Ensure all garments meet quality standards before final production. 4. Trend Market Research: Stay updated on global and local fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and exhibitions to gain industry insights. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and sales teams for campaign shoots and launch strategies. Assist in branding elements such as packaging, brand storytelling, and visual merchandising. Skills: Strong sketching skills (hand-drawn digital using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop). Expertise in garment construction, pattern making, and draping. Knowledge of fabric science, dyeing techniques, and sustainable practices. Strong trend forecasting and storytelling ability.
