As a Senior Manager - Corporate Finance & Treasury at Sanghvi Movers Limited (SML), one of India's largest crane rental companies, you will be responsible for managing the corporate finance strategy, fund-raising activities, treasury operations, banking relationships, and compliance with regulatory bodies. Your role will involve contributing to the growth and success of SML by optimizing capital allocation and ensuring cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute corporate finance strategy including fund-raising through term loans, ECBs, and NCDs - Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, and liquidity planning - Manage banking relationships and participate in capital structuring decisions - Drive capital allocation initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization - Ensure compliance with regulations set by RBI, FEMA, and SEBI Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury functions - Prior experience in companies with a turnover of 500 Cr+ - Strong expertise in capital markets, corporate banking, and negotiation skills - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools Join us at SML and be a part of our high-impact finance team to contribute towards our growth story in India and globally.,
