Some of the key responsibilities will include: Build and lead high-performing teams across both HA and FTP disciplines. Lead design, testing, and execution of hedge strategies aligned to IFRS 9 / IAS 39. Collaborate with Treasury, IRRBB, and Group Reporting to deliver effective hedging frameworks. Establish robust FTP controls and policy frameworks. Oversee end-to-end FTP processescurve setup, profiling, adjustment governance.
