Maintain customer database and update records in CRM software. Manage website data entry, package updates, and online inquiries. Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other back-office documentation. Coordinate with the sales & operations team for smooth workflow. Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred. Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, English). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email). Knowledge of CRM / data entry / website management will be an advantage.
