The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, offering travel consulting services, ensuring outstanding customer service, creating travel itineraries, and handling customer inquiries. Additional tasks include coordinating with travel partners, managing bookings, and providing support during travel arrangements. Qualifications Experience in organizing and leading guided tours Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism operations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle customer inquiries and travel arrangements effectively Knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
