We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our overseas education consultancy team in Kochi. If you are confident in sales, telecalling,and student counselling , this is a great opportunity to build a career in the study abroad industry . You dont need prior experience in student counselling training will be provided . All we need is strong communication skills, the ability to talk to students/parents confidently, and the drive to convert enquiries into admissions . Key Responsibilities Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads. Provide basic information to students about study opportunities in the UK, Germany, Australia, and other destinations . Support students with initial guidance on courses, universities, and application process . Assist senior counsellors in documentation, follow-ups, and scheduling. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, updating CRM, and maintaining student records. Learn and apply knowledge about visa processes and admission requirements . Achieve monthly targets in terms of lead follow-up and conversions (commission available on successful closures). Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and webinars. Requirements Fresher/Graduate (any discipline). Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus). Confidence in telecalling and sales conversations . Quick learner with ability to grasp training in counselling and visa processes. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet). Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to meet targets. Salary & Benefits Fixed salary: 15,000/month . Commission/bonus on successful student conversions (performance-based).
