The RoleAs a Travel Sales Executive, you will be the voice of our agency, primarily focused on telecalling to prospective and existing clients. Your main goal will be to convert sales leads into confirmed bookings by providing expert advice and presenting the perfect travel products. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Telecalling: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively calling leads, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, insurance, etc.). Deal Closure: Crack the deal! Use strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales quickly and efficiently over the phone. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of all travel products, destinations, and industry trends to advise clients accurately and confidently. Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with clients by providing an excellent and professional sales experience. Compliance & Administration: Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system. Work ScheduleHours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (9-hour shift with a designated break). Attendance: We require a high level of commitment to working faithfully, regularly, and timely. Punctuality and consistent attendance are non-negotiable. Who You AreGoal-Oriented: You are a natural salesperson, driven by targets and focused on cracking the deal. Focused: You can maintain sharp focus on the product and the customer's needs throughout the sales process. Reliable: You demonstrate high integrity and professional commitment to your work hours and responsibilities. Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention required language(s), e.g., English and Hindi] with a professional and persuasive telephone manner. Experienced: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or travel sales is a significant plus.
