As a Business Analyst at Infogain, you will be responsible for handling time-sensitive tasks including parallel cutovers and Radixx Go op to cutover. You will collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and other internal Sabre teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation. Experience in departure control is a plus. Your role will involve effective communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer relationship management. You will be expected to provide workarounds and resolve queries efficiently while demonstrating a strong understanding of the product. With 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, your primary skill set should include expertise in Business Analysis. Additional skills in Retail Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and Travel SME will be beneficial for this role.
