Address customer queries and close sales
Meet revenue and productivity KPIs
Handle challenging interactions with professionalism
Apply company policies and procedures effectively
Graduate with min. 6 months of international voice experience (Sales)
Preferably from Travel Sales / Outbound / Inbound Sales background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work 24/7 shifts
Experience with GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus) is a plus
