Key Responsibilities

* Handle international travel sales inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages, tours, destinations, and itineraries.

* Sell customized and pre-designed domestic and international holiday packages.

* Handle end-to-end customer interaction, from requirement gathering to package confirmation and booking.

* Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and travel terms clearly to customers.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into successful sales.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and travel partners for smooth execution of bookings.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

* 0–1 year of experience in travel sales, holiday packages, tour sales, or a related field.

* Candidates with exposure to international or domestic travel sales will be preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel sales may also be considered.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

* Strong sales orientation and willingness to achieve targets.

* Basic knowledge of international destinations, travel packages, and tourism products will be an advantage.

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

* Candidates should be confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
