Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talk with customers about holiday packages
Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable trips
Explain package details, prices, and offers clearly
Help customers with booking and payment process
Follow up with customers and answer their questions
Coordinate with the team for smooth booking process
Update customer and booking details in the system
Support customers before and after booking
Stay updated on new travel packages and offers
Build good relationships with customers for repeat bookings

Requirements

Candidates with at least 1+ year of experience in Sales / Travel Sales can apply
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Should speak fluently in all three languages:
Telugu / Hindi / English
Experience in customer handling and sales conversion
Ability to explain holiday packages and travel plans clearly
Confident in talking with customers and closing sales
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Ability to handle customer follow-ups and queries
Team player with interest in travel and tourism industry
Willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Immediate joiners are preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
