Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Qualification: Graduate preferred; candidates with a Travel & Tourism qualification will be given preference.

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Travel Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings by offering suitable travel packages and customised itineraries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international travel enquiries received through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand clients' travel requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable tour packages.
• Prepare customised travel itineraries, quotations, and package proposals.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Promote holiday packages, group tours, honeymoon packages, family holidays, and customised travel experiences.
• Explain package inclusions, exclusions, hotel options, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, availability, and itinerary execution.
• Maintain accurate enquiry records, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on travel destinations, tourism trends, seasonal offers, and competitor packages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism will be an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on sales conversion.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to work towards sales targets.

Preferred Candidate

• Freshers with a relevant Travel & Tourism qualification are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in travel sales, tour packages, or the hospitality industry will be preferred.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver a positive customer experience.
