Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Kolkata. The Travel Consultant will assist clients by providing expert travel advice, planning itineraries, arranging reservations, and managing various travel-related services. Responsibilities include creating customized travel plans, handling travel arrangements, managing bookings and reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and crafting travel itineraries for kolkata and surrounding region
• Proficiency in managing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and professionally
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in the tourism industry or destination management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with local and regional travel destinations
