- Prepare and customize holiday packages according to client preferences and budget considerations. - Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable packages. - Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of travel plans and logistics. - Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and suggestions for product improvement. - Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and payments using our CRM system. - Provide post-sales support and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
