As an Engineer in the Service - Laser Cutting Machine department, you will be responsible for responding to customer complaints, evaluating and resolving customer problems, and assisting in the installation of equipment. Your role will involve analyzing, inspecting, and reviewing findings to determine solutions to customer demands. Additionally, you will work closely with technical sales engineers, offer customer training, repair and maintain equipment, and monitor product performance. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with fiber laser cutting machines and knowledge of Cypcut software are essential. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for relaying problems and solutions to customers and top management. It is important to maintain product manuals, provide regular reports and feedback to customers on service requests, and develop strong customer relations. You will also be required to report common customer complaints to top management for future reference and make recommendations for maintenance and product development. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1 year of experience, hold a Diploma or BE/B.Tech degree in EC/Electrical, and be travel-friendly. Possession of a two-wheeler is compulsory. Sound technical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues are key skills required for success in this role.,
