Your primary responsibility will be to manage travel-related queries and bookings for the USA market efficiently. Utilizing your expertise in Galileo, you will handle reservations, bookings, and other travel-related tasks. Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat will be a key aspect of your role. It will be essential for you to stay updated with the latest travel industry trends, especially focusing on the USA market. Collaboration with your team members will be crucial to achieve operational efficiency and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. To be eligible for this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in the corporate travel domain, specifically within the USA market. Proficiency in Galileo, excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet operational targets are essential requirements. You should also be comfortable with conducting interviews between Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 5 pm.
