Travel Consultant/Sales

In this role at Solopackers, you will be responsible for designing and developing detailed travel itineraries that cater to the interests and preferences of solo travelers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Coordinating all aspects of the trips, such as accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences. - Ensuring the smooth execution of planned trips, handling any issues that arise, and making sure travelers have a positive experience. - Managing travel groups by facilitating introductions and interactions among group members, and ensuring everyone's needs are met. - Providing exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips. - Conducting research to identify new travel trends, destinations, and activities to incorporate into future travel packages. - Gathering feedback from travelers to continuously improve and refine travel packages and services.
