As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and developing sales strategies. Our platform solutions cater to a wide range of industries, including BFSI, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, and Automobile sectors. Notable clients of ours include TATA Steel, Persistent Systems, Toshiba, Inox, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to identify value and challenges that can be addressed with our Expenses Management System (EMS) by engaging with customers and prospects. You will be tasked with articulating the value proposition and vision of our EMS to potential clients, providing functionally compelling demonstrations, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in identified accounts. Additionally, you will create Cost Benefit ROI models, offer customer feedback to enhance our product, and address technical sales objections effectively. To excel in this role, you should have 4-9 years of experience in Software Pre-Sales Consulting or Implementation Consultant positions, preferably with expertise in Expense management systems, Travel applications, ERP, or related software. A background in commerce, CA, ICWA, CFA, or an MBA is desirable. You should possess strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of modern systems architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful software demonstrations. Proficiency in presenting, communicating, and leading technical discussions is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include developing industry-specific POVs, creating demo videos, conducting webinars, supporting trade shows, and responding to RFPs. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our solution catalogue and enhancing customer stories.
