Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves understanding client travel needs, offering tailored tour packages, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to departure. Key Responsibilities: Respond to travel enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Sell domestic and international tour packages based on client requirements Convert leads into confirmed bookings to meet monthly targets Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, visas, flights, and itineraries Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of travel plans Requirements: Minimum 3–7 years of experience in travel sales (B2C preferred) Good communication and convincing skills Knowledge of destinations, visa processes, and travel products Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,367.19 - ₹47,196.81 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Application Question(s): Share the list of destinations you have successfully sold or operated tours to so far?"
