Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our team . . As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with booking international airline tickets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations as per customer requests.
Assist customers via call, email, and chat support.
Maintain records of bookings and payments using Excel or other tools.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Passion for travel and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Night shift
US shift

Supplemental Pay:

Commission pay

Work Location: In person
