Travel Adviser

As a Travel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting North America clients with their travel inquiries, focusing on both international and domestic bookings, which include flights, hotels, and vacation packages. Your primary duties will involve handling inbound and outbound sales calls to drive conversions and ensure customer satisfaction. It is essential to have hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus, for efficient booking and management of travel services. Your role will also require providing high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns and offering solutions to travel-related issues. Staying updated on industry trends and North America-specific offers is crucial to enhancing the overall customer experience. To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a North America Travel Sales process. Proficiency in using Amadeus or similar GDS tools is a mandatory requirement.
