We are looking for a Presales Manager to support our sales team in delivering customized security solutions to clients. You will act as the technical bridge between sales and the customer, ensuring the right solution design, proposal development, and post-sales support. Key Responsibilities Develop compelling business cases and technical proposals to support sales pitches. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements , perform needs analysis , and translate them into feasible solutions. Ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations and technical feasibility . Respond to RFPs, RFIs , and provide detailed documentation and proposals. Present and demonstrate technical solutions in customer meetings , alongside the sales team. Produce detailed cost estimates , ensuring profitability and customer value. Provide technical expertise and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle and early implementation phase. Work closely with sales managers on project bids, proposals , and presentations . Act as a technical consultant during client discussions and negotiations. Manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Candidate Profile 5 to 7 years of experience in presales, system design, or technical consulting within the CCTV/Security Surveillance industry . Strong knowledge of CCTV systems , software solutions, and surveillance technologies. Graduate in B.E. EXTC, Electrical, or related fields . Skilled in creating solution designs, proposals, and costing models . Strong presentation, communication , and customer negotiation skills. Fluent in English , and preferably in South Indian regional languages (Kannada, Tamil). Proficient in problem-solving, needs analysis, and technical demonstrations . Ability to influence decisions through clear communication and persuasive demonstrations. Experience in system design, development, and technical support is a strong advantage.
