Sourcing market trucks based on dispatch requirements and delivery schedules. 5. Creating purchase orders (POs) for invoices submitted by transporters. 6. Establishing and nurturing relationships with new transport partners. 7. Handling various aspects of transportation operations to maintain efficiency. 8. Addressing and resolving issues such as delays, accidents, or other disruptions during transit. 9. Organizing training and skill development programs for transporter drivers to enhance performance and safety. 10. Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
