Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and reactivating former accounts. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in Warehousing sales, Solution sales, and Transportation. Building and nurturing relationships with key clients will be a crucial part of your job, along with providing consulting services for contract logistics. Understanding the unique needs of customers and proposing tailored solutions will be essential in expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, 3PL or logistics experience, and excellent negotiation skills. Experience in managing Key Accounts of 3PL customers nationwide and handling Ecommerce operations will be advantageous. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products and services to customers while maintaining high standards of service. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
