Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. A Master's degree in business administration is preferred. 2. At least 10 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position. 3. Experience in the transportation industry, preferably in the liquid transportation sector 4. Strong understanding of Indian regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials and other liquid goods. 5. Experience in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs. 6. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 7. Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively. 8. Proven track record of achieving operational targets and driving profitable growth.
