The Transport Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of transport activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods or services. This role involves managing vehicle dispatch, tracking shipments, liaising with drivers and vendors, and maintaining transport documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules for delivery and pickup.
• Monitor real-time movement of vehicles using GPS tracking systems.
• Ensure optimal route planning to reduce fuel costs and improve delivery efficiency.
• Communicate with drivers to provide accurate instructions and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain proper records of transport logs, invoices, and delivery receipts.
