What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably within a technology team. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis: Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and database solutions.
