Transition Program Manager

As a Senior Transition Manager at Coforge, you will be responsible for leading transition planning and execution activities with a focus on ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Your role will involve engaging with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, expectations, and success criteria. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In this position, you will also be tasked with optimizing and documenting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational gaps. Coordinating with HR, IT, and operations teams to ensure proper resource allocation and readiness will be essential. Monitoring key transition metrics, reporting progress, and recommending corrective actions when needed will also be part of your daily tasks. Facilitating knowledge transfer sessions and ensuring teams are well-trained for post-transition success will be crucial for the role. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure that all transition activities adhere to regulatory, compliance, and company policies. Proven experience in managing complex transitions, migrations, or transformations will be highly valued. To excel in this role, you should possess strong project management skills, with PMP or PRINCE2 certification considered a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as is the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Knowledge of ITIL, Service Delivery, and Change Management will also be advantageous for this position.
