Senior Transition Manager (LS&T) What this Job Involves: Deliver Transitions Programme - . Pre Planning & Solutioning - Support Transformation Program Director teams during the investigation & Pre-Planning stage by providing information regarding the value of , development of transition timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and other applicable costs. . Transition Execution Single handedly Manage the end to end execution of large deals spread across geographies . Due Diligence Planning and Reporting exposure , Knowledge Transfer planning and delivery , Ramp Up Planning and deployment experience . Governance - Set up establish Governance framework for large complex programmers and ensure the overall programme is integrated across other JLL work streams . Project Risks - Give clear assessment of the movement, progress, delays, issues, risks of projects in relations to cost and expenses . Financials - Responsible for managing & controlling deals financials - Knowledge of Business Case creation and updating on a regular basis . Stabilization - Helps stabilize operations post-go-live Stakeholder Management . Client & Stakeholder Relationship - Manages overall internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition/mobilization effort . Change & Risk management Work closely with internal client teams to drive/support in change management & monitor the transition risks. Expectation: Core Capabilities and Governance . Develops the communication strategy and communication plan for global/location/team specific initiatives to generate momentum, raise awareness and influence behaviors across the organization . Develops & maintain domain specific credentials, Client Visit Decks, Case Studies & Transition Methodology . Interaction with client and client teams, Set up governance for regular review etc. Leadership skills . Influence and maintain positive and healthy working relationship with support functions, Service delivery and senior Leadership, securing collaborative support in the execution of role responsibilities. . Manages and counsel teams to excel in their roles. . Client & Contract management . Effectively collaborate with functional teams like HR, Recruitment, IT, Training etc. Program Management: . Seamless transition with no noise while adhering to speed, cost and quality . Responsibilities Ability to support RFI/RFP management, Solutions design & Transition execution Have responsibility for the project management of selected transitions or segments thereof from the point, the work is identified to the point it is handed over to the Operating team in COFORGE BPS Support new Centre build outs and other selected programs from a COFORGE BPS perspective, where work is being transitioned to COFORGE BPS Efficient in project management process transitions, prepare project plan (both detailed & high level), volume ramp plan, QA QC plan, communication plan, governance plan Ability to foresee critical risks at Solution & Transition stage Understanding of contractual documents such as NDA, MSA, SOW, LOE etc and ability to draft the documents in consultation with Legal, Risk & Compliance, IT Infra, Operations, Finance and other teams Effective Stakeholder management both internal and at client side Ability to lead governance and daily calibration meetings internal and client, track MOMs and publish Work with hiring team for hiring initiation, follow to closer of hiring requirements Work with operations leaders for approvals on hiring, pricing and contract terms specific to ops Work with training team for KT plan preparation, implementation, certification Work with Quality team for QA QC plan, implementation of QC during transition stage, to perform error analysis and publish RCA and action plan Works to tight timelines, competing priorities and rapidly changing requirements Consider, escalate and resolve issues which arise as part of planning and executing transitions including, but not limited to, IT matters, training and skills transfer, cost of transition, local country change management issues, risk management, etc. Support development of change management plans and efforts for countries from where work is being transitioned Track and report on milestones for transitions (including budgets) and on consequences of the transition against original business case Effectively support the COFORGE BPS Transition Leader in overall management of all transition work, developing appropriate reports for communicating to various stakeholders Have a contributory role in designing and updating transition methodology and supporting tools, including determining the appropriate program structure for each transition He/she should have a global perspective in leading virtual teams and ability to work within a matrix management structure, and be prepared to travel as needed Ability to handle multiple deliverables with quality and timelines Work in US shift timings Ability to multi-task and handle pressure intensive deliverables Qualifications Overall 10+ yrs of experience and Core Solutions / Transitions experience of at least 5 years between 3rd party and captive International BPO Knowledge of BFSI domain is a must Sound knowledge of lifecycle, processes etc. Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP or Prince certification- Must Managed at least 2-3 multi-tower projects within BFSI domain within last 2 roles Required Skills Executive Presence People Management Well informed of new trends in the BPS industry A confident presenter and self-starter Ability to lead projects from Month 1 of joining Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills- Must Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Forms etc. is a must Exposure to PMO tasks and activities Sound clarity and concepts are a must Strong analytical skills, Quick Learner and problem solving skills Individual contributor role to own and deliver multiple projects Preferred Skills Ability to multitask and handle pressure intensive deliverables Sauv Stakeholders Management Skills Effective Negotiator Ability to influence without authority Fast learner Pay range and compensation package 27 LPA Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity. ``` Show more Show less
