Customer rapport and network and need to handle Key accounts. Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development. Works with freight and transportation companies to get route and rate. Needs to be driven, growth oriented and accountable. Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details. Candidate should have a 360 degree control of the respective locations and should play a key role in making the office a profit centre
