As a Junior Electrical Engineer at our company located in Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to substation design and engineering for voltage levels up to 220kV AIS/GIS systems. Your primary duties will include preparing tender specifications, developing single line diagrams, conducting sizing calculations for electrical equipment, performing system studies calculations, reviewing engineering drawings, and participating in various technical meetings and discussions. To excel in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in electrical design, substation engineering, or power systems, along with proficiency in ETAP, AutoCAD, and other relevant electrical design tools. A strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to project execution. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to team development and training initiatives, as well as manage the "Lessons Learned" database to enhance engineering practices and processes. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for electrical engineering, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position with a salary range of 8-10 LPA.
