Experience with medium voltage motor drives and high-voltage/high-power converters, Experience in designing Power circuits which may inlcude like Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost, Flyback, Forward, Half and Full bridge converter, Phase Shift Full-Bridge, Full-Bridge LLC Resonant, driver circuits, protections and varius inverter technologies. Proficiency in designing for fault tolerance, reliability, and manufacturability aspect Experience handling the projects of DO-254 and DO-160G or equivalent guidelines/standards. Lead Power system technical teams to acheive technical excellnce in the full life cycle development process. Develop the products in power generation, power conversion, medium voltage motor drives, and energy storage and management solutions in Aerospace, defense and Rail/Transportation domain. Develop the technical strategy for organization growth Engage in discussions with customers for the high business impact product solutions with optimized SWaP-C (Size, weight, Power and cost) Identify, create the environment for innovation and technical excellence Research, explore, identify the industry trends for new technologies for cost effective solutions. Participate and represent the organization at Industry conferrences Lead Root cause analysis (RCA) of critical technical issues in the organisation
