Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, and supporting various departments. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and maintaining service agreements. Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived. Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports. Supervise clerical staff and delegate tasks as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects. Provide clerical support including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience in vendor management and event planning is preferred. Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus. Previous experience in supervising staff is advantageous. Knowledge of medical office management is a nice-to-have but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
