Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job portals. Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees Maintain a database (MIS) of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure. Will be responsible for preparing offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters etc. Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs. Develop and implement employee related policies and procedures for the company Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics. Provide inputs during bonus and appraisal discussions Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems. Will be responsible to provide strategic inputs to the management to enhance work culture and existing practices for employee development
