Job Description: Responsibilities: - Process vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and site expense reports. - Monitor and reconcile project budgets, advances, and retentions. - Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance related to construction vendors. - Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material and work certification. - Maintain proper documentation for audits and client billing. - Support monthly MIS, reconciliation statements, and financial reporting. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and timely filings. - Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and support monthly/yearly closings. - Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors. - Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and invoicing. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. - Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments. - Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash. - Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting. - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-ups. - Support audit processes and maintain necessary documentation. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and project billing formats. - Knowledge of construction accounting and contract terms (PO, PR). - Familiar with taxation related to the construction industry. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, or ERP systems. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting - 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
