The SME will be responsible for defining project outcomes, establishing project standards, and offering technical guidance to project teams. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Magic XPA technology. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for projects involving Magic XPA. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with specifications and standards. Create and deliver training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge and performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with various teams to address customer needs and issues. Conduct thorough research to stay updated on changes in Magic XPA technology. Review and approve project documentation for accuracy and completeness. Experience with the Transcend application or similar technologies. Proven track record of successful project outcomes in Magic XPA.
