Transaction Support Paralegal Manager

As a Credit Paralegal Transaction Support at KIOPL Management Solutions India Private Limited, your primary role will involve providing support to various global KKR teams, particularly the Credit Legal Team, on transactional matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting transaction execution for KKR Credits Global activities, such as loan and bond trade settlement. - Creating and maintaining fund and account KYC packets for transaction counterparties. - Tracking information and documentation related to KKR Credit portfolio company investments. - Managing files and information for KKR Credit funds, accounts, and deal-related special purpose vehicles. - Assisting in transaction execution and fund information management processes. - Reviewing and improving processes for collecting and managing key KYC and transaction documents. Qualifications for this role include: - Prior experience in a multinational finance shared services organization, law firm, banking organization, or private equity/alternative asset manager. - Familiarity with KYC clearance and document/entity management processes. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of compliance monitoring tools and software.
