The Node.js Typescript Lead position based in Pune requires an experienced individual with 9 to 12 years of experience for full-time employment. In this role, your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices, and ensuring high-quality code and system design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, security teams, and DevOps, to align technical solutions with business goals. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability within the engineering team. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Python, Ruby, Java, C#, or Node.js, along with hands-on experience in API design and development. Familiarity with Typescript, React, and Docker is essential. Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions for fraud detection, transaction optimization, and risk assessment is a plus. Understanding real-time transaction monitoring, analytics, and PCI compliance is also required. Expertise in event-driven architecture and microservices, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, and a focus on optimizing performance are essential. A proven track record of mentoring and providing technical leadership to engineering teams is highly valued. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are crucial.
