Hiring for Investment Banking team Experience- 2+ years Location-Gurgaon Role & responsibilities Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Infrastructure, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition Preparing pitch books, Information memorandum (IMs), industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries. Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc. Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails Other responsibilities include: Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck Preferred candidate profile MBA/ CFA/ CA 2-6 years of experience in the Investment banking / Private Equity role Experience of working Investment banking projects, including: Pitch book / IM support and company profiles Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries Detailed financial analysis Bespoke qualitative research Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
