Roles and Responsibilities : Ability to comprehend complex information/data set Ability to deliver work as per agreed accuracy service levels along with good productivity Communication with onshore team for getting the resolutions on pending information Analyse and identify trends and raise for awareness. Maintaining high level of accuracy while performing work Job Requirements : 0-2 years of experience in back office operations or related field. Strong understanding of non-voice processes, including backend systems and procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of financial services industry concepts.
