You will be joining the Trauma & Orthopaedics Outpatient Department at Gartnavel General, a part of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for covering the Outpatient reception desk, preparing outpatient clinics, and scanning relevant documentation. It is essential to have a good working knowledge and understanding of clinical systems such as Trakcare and Clinic Portal. You should be experienced in working under pressure and be able to interact with patients in a calm and courteous manner, both face to face and over the telephone. This is a full-time position requiring 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
