Additionally, you will be responsible for providing ongoing development opportunities for employees, resolving any specific training-related issues that may arise, and customizing training programs as necessary to address individual or team requirements. In this role, it will be essential for you to stay abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices in the industry to ensure that the organization remains competitive and up-to-date with the latest training methodologies. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
